Gun Owners of South Africa : ウィキペディア英語版 | Gun Owners of South Africa
Gun Owners of South Africa ((アフリカーンス語:Wapeneienaars van Suid-Afrika ), WESA, GOSA) is a gun rights advocacy group for South Africa, established in 2006. Its first meeting, under leader Charl van Wyk, was held in a Cape Town suburb, attended by 100, largely middle-aged white males. Larry Pratt, head of Gun Owners of America, spoke at a GOSA conference, and publicly criticized a South African police chief who opposed the group. GOSA executive Wouter de Waal has stated: “The state attempts to control guns…On the other hand it’s dead easy to buy an AK-47 off the streets. That’s the problem with gun control. It only controls law-abiding people”. ==References==
